Blending up our food before ingesting it, takes a load off of our digestive system so we can save that energy for doing the things we love most in life.

The Purple Smoothie
1 1/4 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or sub 3/4 cup frozen strawberries)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup pure orange juice
Place all items in the blender and blend!
