Hi beautiful lady,
I really want to talk to you about what it means to "be seen". Maybe it sounds scary, maybe it sounds conceded or arrogant, maybe you don't feel like it applies to you. But being seen is important, it's how we get job promotions, it's how we meet people who connect us to new opportunities, it's how you meet your soulmate. You get the picture!
So what does it take to be seen? It's believing in yourself, it's feeling confident in your own skin, it's being okay with being you and expressing yourself.
So when did you stop being you and being okay with you?
From as young as 3 years old, we've already started to take in the world and as women that means that people around us are already complimenting or criticizing what we're wearing, what we're doing, or what we look like.
It could have been your mother, a friend at school, a boy you liked, or even a magazine. There was an experience that had you feel not beautiful.
From there forward, not feeling beautiful may have made you eat more or less, dress a certain way, be rebellious, but the truth is you haven't had a conscious choice in the matter. You've been acting out of reaction to how you feel about your body.
If you feel good, then you do this. . .
If you feel bad, then you do that. . .
You see, there's freedom that comes from feeling confident and beautiful in your body. A freedom to be yourself. All of which results in being seen!
When you are seen, the opportunities you desire come your way.
I want you to be seen, to be free to be yourself, to feel beautiful in your own skin, and to have everything you desire in life. . .
My tip for the week, use this mantra:
I am a bad ass, I love myself and what I do!
Have a miraculous week! Xoxo
