This balanced, very low sugar smoothie is capable of making your day an even-sailing, sustained energy, "I'm not really even thinking about food" kind of day. Sounds good, right?! 2 packed cups spinach
1 small handful mint leaves
1 cup coconut milk (or alternative milk of choice)
1 lime (juice only)
1/2 of a banana
1/2 of an avocado
2 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (organic, no additives preferred)
1/2 cup ice
Blend all ingredients together until smooth!
