If you're anything like me, Nutella has been one of the most challenging naughty foods to stop thinking about. It's creamy, chocolatey, and delicious on just about everything!! Let's be honest, Nutella is amazing!
True to form, I decided to stop depriving myself and make a delicious, healthy alternative!! Personally, I believe this healthy version might be even better than the real stuff. I recommend pairing this dip with some fresh fresh fruit like cherries and strawberries! If you bring it to a party you will undoubtedly make an unforgettable first impression, "Remember that one girl who brought that amazing chocolate dip?!" Yes, that could be you!!
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Store 'Nutella' in an airtight glass container.
Store in the refrigerator.
If you want to make your own hazelnut meal, begin by roasting whole hazelnuts in the oven.
When they are finished and still warm, roll the hazelnuts in a tea towel to remove the skins.
Don't worry if you can't get it all off, just do the best you can.
Then place the skinned hazelnuts into a food processor or blender until it becomes a fine consistency.
