¼ cup Chia seeds
1¼ cup of almond milk
1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Fruit if choice, our recommendations: Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries or banana.
Add Chia seeds and almond milk into a container with a lid and put in the fridge over night. In the morning stir-in vanilla, cinnamon, and berries and enjoy!
