2 teaspoons of Chia seeds
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1/2 of a lemon peeled
4 drops of oregano oil
1/4 of an inch of ginger
1/2 a cup of water
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend! Or if you don't want to take out a blender, mash the lemon and finely chop the ginger and mix it all in a cup.
Take this first thing in the morning with a glass of water. Feeling really icky? Have one at lunch or dinner too.
