The best way to turn a simple meal into a delicious one is by having flavor bursting sauces around. This peanut sauce is one of my favorites to use with raw veggies, stir-fry, roasted veggies and salads. The peanuts even give you an extra dose of protein to ensure your satisfaction lasts a whole lot longer.
3/4 teaspoon fresh, peeled ginger
1 medium clove of garlic
1 Tablespoon raw honey
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 Tablespoons tamari (can substitute with soy sauce)
2 Tablespoons apple cider vineagar
7 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
If you like a little spice, add chili powder to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor and mix until reached desired texture.
This sauce goes well on just about everything! I serve this sauce with chopped veggies, nori wraps (recipe here), salads, and like I said with just about everything else under the sun. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!
