Organic Ripe Tomatoes (any size, shape, variety)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and cut the tomatoes down the center.
Place them on a baking sheet and lather them in organic extra virgin olive oil.
Throw them in and let them slow roast for 1-3 hours, depending on their size.
These will stay good for several days if you store them in the refrigerator.
