3 ripe bananas
3 eggs or equivalent in egg whites
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon honey
2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup raw cacao chips or chocolate chips of choice (optional)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all wet ingredients together & then add in the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in a loaf pan (lathered in coconut oil) for 35-40 minutes.
In the morning, use the banana bread to make no guilt french toast!
