This workout requires no gym, no equipment, and could be done in your own home, so no excuses necessary! This workout is perfect for toning your sexy legs and core! Do the entire circuit 3 times.
Side lunges: These will make your glutes and quads burn! Try 12 on each side alternating legs.
Planks and shoulder tap: These are great for improving balance an core. Touch each shoulder 12 times while keeping your core muscles contracted.
Mountain Climbers: Do these to get your heart rate up! Bring your knee to your chest quickly alternating legs for 30 seconds.
Lunges with a side turn: These lunges not only work your glutes and a quads they also strengthen your core, specifically your obliques.
