I'm sure you're about ready to switch up your exercise routine again! Here are 5 moves to add to your no-gym-required workout repertoire. These 5 moves put together, make up a full body circuit. It's important to get your heart rate up before you get started for extra calorie blasting! So be sure to do at least 15 minutes of cardio (a quick jog). You'll repeat this circuit three times.
First start with push-ups while you're still warm from your cardio session. Put your arms shoulder width a part on the bench, facing inward and bend your arms until they are parallel to your back. Do 12-15 reps.
Now you're going to get your blood pumping again by doing lunges. Do 20 lunges with each leg. (Remember it's important to make sure your knee never extends over your toes).
Your legs are one of the bigger muscles in your body, so working them out burns the most calories. The next move is a seated squat. Hold the squat for 30-60 seconds or the most you can handle. This move is great for the booty and your quads.
Finally a little core action. This move is especially great for your obliques and your butt! Repeat this move 10 times on each side.
And we've made it to the last move!! This move is great for your inner thighs and for building core balance. Repeat this move 15 times with each leg.
Now get out there and have fun with it! Bring a buddy to do it with you! These moves will get your buns in shape in no time!
