Bri Dietz has joined us again for another hardcore workout! In this circuit we are focusing on the lower body to get those buns and legs ready for the holiday season!
EXPLOSIVE JUMPING JACKS:
Begin in a low squat, do a jumping jack, then return to a low squat. Repeat 30 times.
Start in downward facing dog, with your hips towards the sky. Bend both knees to the ground, then extend up. Remember to engage the quadriceps for an extra burn! Repeat 40 times.
Step one leg back and do a lunge. Return the leg to meet the other. Now switch legs and step the other leg back to do a lunge. Keep your back straight, abs engaged, chest high, and head up! Repeat 15 times on each leg for a total of 30 reps.
Begin with your arms touching straight over-head. Balance on one leg, then tilt forward. Bring your arms forward and your free leg behind you. Your body will form the letter "T." Once it does, return to a standing position. Repeat 20 times on each leg.
