Here it is:
Sports drinks like Gatorade aren't necessary during most workouts (they inhibit depletion of glycogen stores as they are too sugary). If you are working out longer than an hour, or just feel dehydrated this a good recipe for a natural, hydrating, dye-free alternative.
1 cup water
2 cups coconut water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
2 drops ConcenTrace trace mineral drops (found mine at Whole Foods)
