5-Day Challenge To Reset your eating habits
Day 2: Listening To Your body
In this video you will:
- Learn how to trust your body to tell you when & how much to eat.
- Discover how timing and food choices can cause you to over eat or binge.
- Learn two simple shifts that can prevent you from sabotaging your eating habits.
Your assignment for today's challenge is:
- Watch the Day 2 video
- Every time you eat check in with yourself and use the Hunger/Fullness scale to rate your hunger from 1 to 10. Aim to eat before you reach a 3 on the scale!
- Kickstart your metabolism by having breakfast with protein.
- Set an alarm clock to drink at least cup and a half of water every 2 hours (Watch the video for ideas).
- Coffee/caffeine drinkers: Reduce the amount of caffeine your drink by drinking 1/4 of a cup less per day or replacing 1/4 of a cup with decaf per day.
